Oh õudust! Playboy ei avalda enam alasti naiste pilte

1953. aastast alates ilmunud meesteajakiri Playboy teatas, et ei avalda enam pilte alasti naistest.

Otsus on tingitud mitmest põhjusest. Esiteks ei soovi Playboy alandada naisi, koheldes neid seksobjektidega. Teiseks on tasuta internetiporno levik vähendanud Playboy lugejaskonda. Kui varem oli ajakirja ühe tiraaži suurus üle 5 miljoni, siis nüüdseks on see kahanenud 1 miljoni suuruseks.

Playboy kaotas oma veebilehelt alasti pildid juba eelmisel augustil ning selle tõttu olevat külastuste arv tõusnud neljakordselt. Ajakiri plaanib alasti pildid oma lehekülgedelt kaotada järgmise aasta märtsiks.
